Job Title: Academic Instructional Coach

Freudigman & Billings LLC is seeking an entry to mid-level Academic Instructional Coach to join our team in Westport, CT.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic academic support for high school students across various educational domains.
  • Meet with a cohort of students one on one each week.
  • Collaborate with our team of Directors to generate and execute specific plans for each student.
  • Interact with instructors from different departments to track student progress.
  • Assist in administrative duties related to student services, including curriculum preparation and tracking student compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and excellent academic record.
  • Familiarity with AP or IB level content in one or more subjects.
  • Desire to use own knowledge and experiences to help students achieve academic goals.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Experience working with middle school or high school students (preferred).
