Job Title: Academic Instructional Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Instructional Coach to join our team at Freudigman & Billings LLC. As an Academic Instructional Coach, you will play a vital role in providing holistic academic support to high school students across various educational domains.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one academic support to students, meeting with a cohort of students each week.
  • Collaborate with our team of Directors to develop and execute individualized plans for each student.
  • Interact with instructors from different departments to track student progress and provide comprehensive support.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including curriculum preparation, student tracking, and staff meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and excellent academic record.
  • Familiarity with AP or IB level content in subjects such as Calculus, Statistics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Economics.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Experience working with middle school or high school students (preferred).
