Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all personnel and stakeholders.
  • Manage traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles and other traffic control devices.
  • Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients, including providing clear communication and direction to drivers and pedestrians.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest traffic management techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Flagger certification and a valid driver's license.
  • 6+ months of experience in traffic control or a related field.
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 pounds.
  • Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
