Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both new and returning. In many ways, you will be the voice of our business This role is all about providing exceptional support to our customer pack.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/Text.
  • Taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers with their needs.
  • Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Managing customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party applications.
  • Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics.
