Position Overview:
The Pet Care Manager will oversee the Pet Care Services team, ensuring exceptional service and care for our canine clientele while upholding quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a skilled Pet Care Team to deliver high-quality care for dogs.
- Provide support to team members and assist in problem resolution.
- Ensure adherence to pet care protocols and procedures.
- Develop more efficient processes to enhance pet services and foster growth.
- Identify operational challenges and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant pet care regulations.
- Optimize the use of pet care staff resources.
- Address escalated issues and act as the primary contact for urgent matters.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a daycare and boarding facility, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Dependable and punctual, as timely care is essential.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work during major holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including kneeling and bending.
- Frequent use of arms and wrists.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds and pull up to 140 pounds.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
