Position Overview:

The Pet Care Manager will oversee the Pet Care Services team, ensuring exceptional service and care for our canine clientele while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a skilled Pet Care Team to deliver high-quality care for dogs.
  • Provide support to team members and assist in problem resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to pet care protocols and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant pet care regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a daycare and boarding facility, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Dependable and punctual, as timely care is essential.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work during major holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including kneeling and bending.
  • Frequent use of arms and wrists.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds and pull up to 140 pounds.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
