Position Overview:

We are currently seeking candidates for Full Time and Part Time positions within our housekeeping department.

Compensation: $17 per hour

Employee Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established protocols for the use of specific cleaning agents and be knowledgeable about emergency procedures related to chemical use.
  • Understand the proper handling and disposal of biohazardous materials.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of all assigned resident apartments according to the schedule set by the supervisor.
  • Inspect and refresh vacant units as per the assigned timetable.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of public restrooms.
  • Manage laundry duties, including washing and drying residents' personal items, using appropriate cleaning products for each type of wash.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Prior experience in cleaning residential or commercial environments is advantageous, but training will be provided.
  • Capability to safely operate specialized cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
