Job Details:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for school-age students in the Falcon Heights, MN area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and an active or pending state SLP license.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services for students in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Document student progress and communicate with parents and school staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of speech therapy experience
  • Active or pending state SLP license
  • ASHA certification is a plus
  • Previous school experience preferred but not required
