Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive evaluations and therapy services to students with speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Minnesota state licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' communication skills and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, utilizing a range of techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' communication needs are met and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in regular meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Minnesota state license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with young children with a variety of speech and language disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
