Qualifications:
  • Certification: Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • ROGUE will pay you to obtain your certification or state license with a one year commitment.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children with behavioral challenges, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate families.
  • Empathy and Patience: Strong ability to connect with children and families, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, valuing input from all team members.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the changing needs of families and the dynamics of the treatment process.
