Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
  2. Conduct project awareness meetings before the initiation of each project.
  3. Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets, schedules, and plans as needed.
  4. Review project contracts and specifications to ensure adherence to obligations.
  5. Act as the intermediary between the company and stakeholders, including owners and subcontractors.
  6. Document, communicate, and resolve project-related issues effectively.
  7. Assess subcontracting needs, solicit quotes, and evaluate submissions for selection.
  8. Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure thorough understanding.
  9. Compile a comprehensive list of materials required for project completion.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of three years of experience in construction administration or project management.
  2. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  3. A valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Familiarity with HCSS construction management software.
  2. Experience with Foundation enterprise systems.
  3. Knowledge of TxDOT projects.
  4. Background in electrical construction.
