Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at LaborOne Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and laborers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Cost Management: Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all construction work is carried out in a safe and healthy manner, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
