This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a research program focused on advancing our understanding of neuroimmunology and multiple sclerosis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a research strategy that aligns with the hospital's mission and goals. This will involve working closely with a team of researchers and clinicians to design and conduct studies, secure funding, and publish research findings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a research program in neuroimmunology and multiple sclerosis
  • Secure extramural research funding to support the program
  • Mentor and supervise research staff
  • Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to design and conduct studies

Qualifications:

  • Completed ACGME-accredited neurology residency
  • Texas Specialized fellowship training in Neuroimmunology and/or Multiple Sclerosis
  • Medical License (or eligible to be licensed)
  • Demonstrated success in securing extramural research funding
