Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using specialized software and tools.
  • Coordinate and supervise teams and resources, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient service delivery on active projects.
  • Review documentation from job sites to validate services rendered and ensure compliance with client requirements and billing procedures.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Oversee production costs, including equipment, vehicles, and other material resources.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction, monitored through online feedback.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of restoration personnel.

Position Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • IICRC certification is a plus.

Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at heights, as well as in confined spaces.
  • Proficient in repetitive physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents and other materials.
  • Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
