Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our company's standards.
  • Ensure that each guest enjoys a delightful dining experience by maintaining high levels of service and attending to customer feedback promptly and courteously.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure that all dishes and beverages served meet our quality standards, and work with the kitchen staff to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Computer Skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
