Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paragon. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch security services to our clients, ensuring their safety and security at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol assigned sites on foot or in vehicle to ensure the security and safety of clients and their property.
  • Respond to emergency situations using appropriate escalation of force level, up to and including armed response.
  • Monitor entrances and exits, preventing unauthorized access and enforcing site regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and security logs.

Requirements:
  • U.S. citizenship preferred.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two years of armed security or law enforcement experience.
