We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide opportunities for profit-sharing, 100% covered healthcare, and other benefits that demonstrate our commitment to our employees' well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete plumbing service calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Detect and repair leaks, clogs, and other issues with pipes, tanks, and water fixtures.
  • Install new plumbing systems, including pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
  • Educate customers on maintenance plans and finance options to ensure they receive the best value for their investment.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years of experience in plumbing, new construction, remodels, and service.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of plumbing systems.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
