- Lead and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure efficient patient care.

- Adhere to infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Assist with research related to quality of care and participate in staff meetings as required.
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with a current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Ability to provide quality patient care, follow physician orders, and demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
- CPR certification and ability to work well with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to make decisions regarding patient care and take responsibility for errors and incompetence.
