Job Description

CentraCare is seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the CentraCare Benson clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced professionals to work with a dynamic team and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat short-term illnesses
  • Provide preventive care, including routine check-ups and health-risk assessments
  • Offer personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle
  • Manage and coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions
Schedule

Monday through Friday, day clinic hours, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements
  • Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota
  • American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and DEA registration number
Experience

Relevant work experience in Family Medicine, Emergency Department, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Walk-In Clinic/Urgent Care is helpful.
