Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff
- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace
- Process and respond to incoming mail and correspondence
- Assist with food pantry registration and record-keeping
- Support Officers and administration with various tasks and projects
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
This is a part-time position, approximately 24-29 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to The Salvation Army's mission and values.
