Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Issaquah. As a member of our medical staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families on health management and self-care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with advances in nursing practice and technology to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least one year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
