Caregiver Associate

The Bungalows at Riverchase is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents, in collaboration with our care team.
- Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication management, including administration and documentation.
- Engage residents in activities and programs that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, including falls, injuries, or illnesses.
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
