Resident Care Associate | CNA

The Bungalows at Riverchase is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support
  • Conduct daily checks on residents to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Initiate and assign activities to promote socialization, engagement, and cognitive stimulation
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent required; experience working with elders or disabled individuals preferred
  • Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
