Role Summary:

The Custodial Services Associate plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and overall appearance of our retail space in alignment with our brand standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing comprehensive cleaning tasks throughout the store and restrooms as directed by management, which encompasses sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
  • Providing daily updates to store management regarding workflow status, assigned duties, and any operational concerns.
  • Adhering to the company's customer service expectations at all times.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Physical capability to lift and manage merchandise or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds, along with the ability to climb ladders, walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and lift for the majority of the work shift.
  • Proficiency in using hands and fingers to handle objects or tools, as well as reaching with hands and arms.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education/experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
