About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Client Services Associate in the Philadelphia region. Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a relationship selling or inside sales role
* Experience in agency staffing, recruiting, or selling services to Human Resources and business owners is a plus
