Job Summary:
BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide various personal care services, including assistance with daily tasks, such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, shopping, dressing/grooming, bathing, and taking vitals.
- Assist clients with active and passive mobility work, as defined by the plan of care, and document observed changes to the Director of Nursing.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year of documented Caregiver experience.
- Ability to work with the elderly without any health restrictions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
