- Financial Management: Handling accounts payable and receivable, managing collections, processing payroll, and reconciling fuel expenses.
- Data Management: Maintaining databases, generating reports, and ensuring accurate billing processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Auditing logs and trip reports, maintaining files, and ensuring adherence to DOT reporting requirements.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to resolve inquiries and manage driver equipment requests.
- Route Coordination: Distributing route books, interfacing daily with drivers, and assisting with driver coverage during absences.
- Pallet Tracking: Overseeing the daily and weekly tracking of pallets, auditing driver logs, and ensuring compliance with DOT requirements.
Days: Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM
