Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at The Doe Fund Inc. The successful candidate will provide clinical and administrative supervision to members of the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Program Director with the day-to-day operations of the supportive housing program
  • Conducting regular supervision (individual and group) with the members of the clinical team and maintaining accurate records
  • Reviewing referral applications and setting up interviews for prospective residents
  • Assisting the Program Director with the completion of various reports
  • Conducting regular chart audits to ensure compliance with standards
  • Monitoring and reviewing resident Service Plans and ensuring timely charting
  • Performing or supervising psychosocial assessments for each resident
  • Co-facilitating team meetings and case conferences
  • Maintaining a directory of resources on HIV/AIDS services, substance abuse, mental health treatment, and services for seniors
  • Collaborating with all departments to coordinate care and referrals
  • Developing quality assurance guidelines and procedures for the Clinical team
  • Responsible for performance appraisals of clinical staff
  • Attending administrative meetings in the absence of the Program Director
  • Providing program oversight in the absence of the Program Director

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field, with a minimum of five years of post-Masters experience, including two to three years of supervisory experience. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness, as well as excellent clinical and case management skills. Sensitivity to community issues and needs, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and strong ethical standards are essential.
