Clinical Fellow Supervisor

A well-known school that specializes in individualized special education services is looking for a part-time Clinical Fellow Supervisor to expand their therapy services. The supervisor will conduct regular observation of staff, provide mentorship, facilitate staff training, and support professional development. Additionally, this position plays a key role in program development and evaluation to enhance service delivery and client outcomes, while collaborating with leadership to meet strategic goals.


The base pay range for this position is $60 to $65 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.


Job Responsibilities

  • Observe each CF a minimum of 3 hours a week
  • Review and sign off on logs
  • Review IEP reports and triennials written by the CF
  • Provide direct observation of the supervisee with clients
  • Review the records of the supervisee
  • Provide co-treatment with the supervisee, when appropriate
  • Direct the supervisee toward professional training activities
  • Provide regular feedback to the supervisee concerning professional strengths and weakness
  • Set a professional example for the supervisee


Quailifications

  • NYS SLP License + Registration
  • TSSLD
  • BLS certification
  • Bilingual Extension (a plus)
