Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Commercial Employee to handle installment plans, deferrals, and out-of-court debt collection for our clients in the energy industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying for payment orders, enforcement orders, and interim injunctions, as well as coordinating with insolvency administrators and debt collection agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle installment plans, deferrals, and out-of-court debt collection, including corresponding correspondence for clients
  • Apply for payment orders, enforcement orders, and interim injunctions
  • Coordinate with insolvency administrators, handle termination processes, and refer cases to debt collection agencies
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
