We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Employee to join our team at Blue Horizon Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in handling installment plans, deferrals, and out-of-court debt collection for our clients in the energy industry.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our team to manage installment plans, deferrals, and out-of-court debt collection, including corresponding correspondence for our clients
  • Apply for payment orders, enforcement orders, enforcement by bailiffs, and interim injunctions
  • Prepare for legal proceedings, coordinate with insolvency administrators, handle termination processes, and refer cases to debt collection agencies
Your Profile:
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have relevant work experience in a similar field
  • You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • You are proficient in using relevant software and systems, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
