Position Overview

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, executing, and managing educational programs within RevOne Companies. Your primary objective will be to elevate the competencies and expertise of our workforce, ensuring they possess the essential skills to thrive in their positions. The Training Coordinator will explore effective methodologies, strategies, and technologies that promote learning and enhance performance across the organization. Additionally, this role may involve acting as a Patient Advocate, adhering to the responsibilities associated with that role when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and facilitate interactive training sessions for employee groups, employing diverse instructional strategies.
  • Travel to various client sites across multiple states, including overnight stays that may extend up to five days.
  • Complete onboarding processes at each client site, fulfilling all necessary requirements such as background checks and health screenings.
  • Collaborate with management, team members, and clients to develop and refine training resources, including guides, presentations, and digital modules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through post-training assessments and participant feedback.
  • Engage directly with clients and their personnel.
  • Identify organizational training needs and propose suitable solutions to address these gaps.
  • Ensure proper setup and access for new hires and existing employees.
  • Assist management and quality assurance teams with compliance audits.
  • Provide on-site support to maintain adequate staffing levels as required.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the relevance and efficacy of learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department leaders to schedule training sessions and ensure employee awareness and participation in available training opportunities.
  • Offer ongoing assistance to employees by addressing inquiries related to training and professional development.
  • During periods without new hires or training needs, this position will serve as a Patient Advocate in the call center or at client locations.
  • Collaborate with management to integrate training initiatives into the broader talent development strategy of the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
  • Outstanding presentation and facilitation capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicaid programs.
  • Commitment to follow through on responsibilities.
  • Reliability in meeting deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of the Federal Marketplace.
  • General awareness of agency and provider programs and services that may impact clients/applicants.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • High productivity and efficiency in planning and executing tasks.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and related regulations.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor training programs to meet the diverse needs of employee groups.
  • Experience with EPIC/Cerner is advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Environment
The Training Coordinator will be provided with a company vehicle for travel between locations. This role may require extended stays at client sites, including overnight accommodations. The incumbent will manage various reports, documents, and computer systems, necessitating sound judgment in performing job responsibilities. Guidance from the department's management may be sought as needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.

Interpersonal Relationships
The incumbent will interact with a range of staff levels, conditions, and situations. Regular communication is expected with incoming calls, patients, management, and colleagues, both internal and external to the company.
