Become a part of our dedicated team that is committed to surpassing client expectations with every interaction. Our Transfer Agency group offers essential back-office financial services to more than 40 clients and their investors, managing various types of funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from shareholders and Broker/Dealers regarding general account details, fund performance, and portfolio holdings.
- Review and process new account documentation.
- Respond to requests from clients, intermediaries, and shareholders.
- Translate complex financial information into clear, understandable terms.
- Analyze and execute trades, maintenance requests, and written inquiries.
- Engage with Dealers and Investors as necessary.
- Conduct outreach to Broker/Dealers concerning NSCC trading.
- Participate in callout campaigns for clients.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work on-site as required.
- Initial training will involve on-site attendance for a specified duration.
