Amazon's Kuiper project is a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites providing low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide.
About the Role- Design, develop, integrate, and bring up Kuiper-MAC FW components/drivers in a real-time embedded environment.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define multi-dimensional performance requirements and make trade-offs to meet end-to-end use case requirements.
- Build component use-cases/test-cases and debug code in Kuiper's embedded environment.
- Profile and execute code on RTOS and/or bare-metal embedded environment.
- Contribute to defining services and functionalities delivered by FW-subsystems.
- Define, document, test, and debug FW-HW interfaces.
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

CompensationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
