Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive telehealth services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN)
  • Experience working in telehealth environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications

Salary and Benefits: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
