Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our interdisciplinary team at Ability Builders ABA Co. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing early intervention services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct various descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses and skill-based assessments, to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Design and Implement Treatment Plans: Provide behavior analytic interpretations of assessment results and design comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature.
  • Supervise and Monitor Treatment Progress: Supervise and monitor treatment progress of clients through data-based progress monitoring, ensuring that services are delivered with the highest level of quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Collaborate with clients' interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Train and Supervise Staff: Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA candidates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality, including compliance with HIPAA laws and regulations, and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance code.
