Under the guidance of the Facilities Manager, the Lead Custodial Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the management of the educational institution's physical infrastructure, operational functions, and limited outdoor maintenance.
The Lead Custodial Supervisor ensures a safe, secure, and hygienic environment for all students, staff, and visitors.
General and specific directives are provided by the school principal or their representative, while technical oversight and support are received from the Facilities Manager or another designated individual at the District Office.

The overarching responsibilities of custodial supervisors across all levels are generally consistent; however, specific tasks may differ based on the size of the facility and the number of custodial staff employed.
