Compensation: $24-$31 per hour.

What We Offer

1:1 ABA Services with Clients (~75%)
- Implementing therapeutic programs as per the client's treatment plan, alongside observation and data collection, data graphing, and analysis.
- Supporting fellow Behavior Technicians and providing guidance.
- Training staff on behavior-analytic programs or content.
- Conducting fidelity checks on staff's implementation of programming.
- Collaborating on program creation or data analysis with a BCBA.
- Assisting with the opening and closing of the office/center.
- Maintaining general office/center organization and management.
- Supporting the administrative team as needed.
Clinical:
- Engaging directly in one-on-one settings with children and adults with autism and other developmental disorders.
- Executing a variety of ABA interventions with fidelity and collecting data on target behaviors as directed by supervisors.
- Fostering professional relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Reporting progress, incidents, and challenges to the appropriate clinical team members.
- Documenting detailed session notes for the clinical team.
- Receiving supervision and feedback from Assistant Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Supervisors to implement tailored treatment plans.
- Working proactively and cooperatively with team members.
- Communicating with supervisors when additional support is required.
- Ensuring adherence to all administrative safety, legal, and ethical obligations per company policies, funding sources, BACB guidelines, and state law.
- Conducting skill acquisition assessments for clients as assigned by supervisors.
- Observing Behavior Technicians to evaluate fidelity in programming implementation as assigned by supervisors.
- Providing training (BST) for Behavior Technicians on client programming as assigned by supervisors.
- Creating instructional materials, session schedules, and targets with supervision from a BCBA.
- Conducting data analysis of programming with guidance from a BCBA.
Applicants must possess at least one of the following qualifications:
- Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Bachelor's Degree + 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis + one year of experience implementing behavioral health treatment under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Bachelor's Degree + two years of experience in implementing behavioral health treatment in a center or home setting.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Consistent availability between 9:00 am and 6:15 pm Monday-Friday.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Successfully pass Live Scan fingerprinting and background check.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Documentation for all childcare-industry vaccinations, including Covid-19.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.00 per hour
