About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Resilience Engineering Manager to join our team at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute (SEI). As a manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in delivering cutting-edge solutions in operational resilience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the research and technical agenda of the SEI's operational resilience portfolio.
  • Represent the SEI, engaging with our communities of interest and presenting our mission and work via publication and presentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant research and technology communities.
Qualifications:
  • A BS degree in a relevant discipline with 10 years of applicable experience, or a MS degree in a relevant discipline with 8 years of applicable experience.
  • Broad experience and knowledge of operational resilience or its related domains.
Estimated Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 per year
