Key Leadership Role in Oncology Clinical Development

This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the clinical development of oncology programs at SK Life Science, Inc.

The successful candidate will lead a team of clinical development professionals and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance the oncology pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive clinical development strategies for oncology programs, aligning with the company's overall business goals and regulatory guidelines.
    • Contribute to the long-term planning and prioritization of the oncology portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Clinical Trial Management:
    • Oversee the design, initiation, and conduct of clinical trials (Phase I-IV) in oncology, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
    • Monitor clinical trial progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinical development professionals, including clinical project managers, scientists, and operations staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    • Provide guidance on career development and performance improvement, ensuring team members have the necessary skills and expertise to excel in their roles.
  • Regulatory and Compliance:
    • Ensure clinical programs comply with regulatory requirements, including those of global health authorities, and oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory agencies on clinical development matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including research, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
    • Engage with external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and industry partners, to advance the oncology pipeline and drive business growth.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage clinical development budgets for oncology programs, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Scientific and Clinical Expertise:
    • Stay current with scientific advancements and clinical trends in oncology, applying this knowledge to inform clinical development strategies and drive business growth.
