Overview

At Service Experts, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers' heating and cooling systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance calls to ensure our customers' systems are functioning properly
  • Inspect and diagnose potential problems with heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
  • Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed
  • Deliver and remove parts and equipment needed to complete service work
  • Assist Service Technicians in servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
  • Record all required information on customer calls and complete forms and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with dispatch to ensure accurate status reports of activities and availability
  • Provide excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Promote products and services to customers and generate sales leads
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED with additional training and 0-2 years' experience in HVAC
  • Valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations
  • EPA and safety certifications required
  • Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
  • Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment
  • Effective communication and time-management skills
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
