- Assist at the reception desk as needed.
Work Environment:
The role is based in an in-person office setting that is clean, well-ventilated, and adequately lit. Customer Service Representatives typically have their own workspace equipped with a telephone, headset, and computer. The call areas may be noisy, and the work can be repetitive and demanding, requiring the ability to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and email applications is advantageous.
- Strong typing and 10-key skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Capable of analyzing and resolving issues effectively, with skills in data gathering and report preparation.
