Job Description

The Golf Fitting Specialist will be responsible for conducting fitting days in the field, setting up and maintaining equipment, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of fittings and orders
  • Coordinate with Territory Sales Managers to schedule events and manage logistics
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Participate in large-scale brand events and one-on-one fittings with consumers
  • Collaborate with local teams to drive sales and growth

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred

Experience: Familiarity with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting

Tech Skills: Understanding of basic and intermediate fitting terminology, knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin)

Soft Skills: High level of energy, initiative, and professionalism, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexibility to business needs, willingness to work weekends
