Program Manager - Logistics

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Logistics team in San Francisco, CA. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing large complex programs with vendors and deliveries aligned to flight plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technology project plans in alignment with our company and vendor's software development lifecycle.
  • Use industry-leading project management methodologies/tools to manage complex scopes of work, including defining work effort and estimates, developing effective team execution plans, and removing impediments.
  • Lead and coordinate discussions with business users and product owners for grooming business requirements for supply chain and logistics systems.
  • Manage integration touchpoints between warehouse management systems and other upstream/downstream systems.
  • Perform financial management of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and plan, monitor, and track delivery of quality control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, and retail.
  • Deep technical understanding of logistics IT systems, design, and architecture.
  • Experience working with technical developers to make progress on technical deliverables/milestones.
  • Proven experience in large programs delivery management in the retail and/or logistics space.
