Licensed Vocational Nurse Supervisor Clinic Leader

Job Summary:
This position provides leadership and guidance to medical practice sites, focusing on patient safety and clinical quality. The LVN Supervisor implements policies and processes to assess, train, and drive clinical competence and positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains technical competence and serves as a role model for staff.
- Performs treatments and screening tests as required, ensuring patient understanding and minimizing anxiety.
- Maintains confidentiality and ensures patient safety at all times.
- Communicates effectively using oral and written skills, consistent with the CHRISTUS Mission.
- Maintains established CHRISTUS policies, procedures, and protocols, coordinating with clinic programs as necessary.
- Promotes the development of non-professional nursing associates through teaching and role modeling.
- Assumes accountability for the team setting, providing written protocols on counseling staff members and critical events.
- Performs other related work as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with 2 years of leadership experience.
- LVN License in the state of employment or compact.
