Job Description

The Goldman Law Firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant - HR Support to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department;
  • Preparing and maintaining employment-related documents;
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues;
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and files;
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including answering phones and responding to emails.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PC computer programs;
  • A valid California driver's license (not required but preferred). We estimate salary to be around $23-$30 per hour.
