Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for independently managing construction sites in the turnkey new construction sector. Your main tasks will include controlling the entire construction process, coordinating subcontractors, and monitoring deadlines, quality, and costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction sites to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor and control costs, quality, and deadlines
  • Create measurements and additional claims as needed
  • Maintain accurate work calculations for transparent cost control
