We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Cura LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Development: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients, while ensuring that they are cost-effective and meet our quality standards.
- Culinary Operations: Supervise and participate in the daily preparation of meals, ensuring that they are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our clients.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our meals meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Education: A degree in culinary arts or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of staff.
- Certifications: Food safety certification and any other relevant certifications.
