Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Forever 21. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment and experience for customers, responding quickly to their inquiries and needs.
  • Sales and Service: Demonstrate a can-do attitude and proactively seek opportunities to deliver exceptional customer service, applying above-average selling skills to engage with customers and provide knowledge of the brand.
  • Leadership: Lead the customer service experience by setting the pace and standards for all employees, promoting company programs, and providing feedback to other team members.
  • Operations: Ensure that POS is reconciled with accurate balances, all deposits are prepared as defined through policy and procedures, and the go-back process and replenishment from the fitting rooms, cash wrap, and sales floor areas are coordinated.
  • Visual Merchandising: Partner with the visual merchandising team to ensure proper flexing and maintenance of merchandise presentation.
  • Store Performance: Drive top-line sales while managing controllable contribution, understanding and utilizing daily sales reports to direct and prioritize tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act with integrity and business maturity.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include closing shifts, weekends, and vacation shifts.
