Your Role
As a Steel Reinforcement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the steel and construction reinforcement sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in training sessions on relevant equipment
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of fabricated materials
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Mentoring fellow team members on equipment usage
- Operating various production machinery in accordance with established protocols
- Upholding safety standards and participating in safety programs
- Leading teams in the absence of supervisors when necessary
- Utilizing fabrication equipment such as shears, benders, and cranes

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating fabrication machinery independently
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in reading technical documents and writing instructional materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a heavy industrial setting is preferred

Education
A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is preferred.
