Key Responsibilities:

- Focus primarily on a geriatric patient population with Medicare Advantage coverage.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with an annual quality incentive target of $15,000.

Qualifications:
- Certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Current licensure in Texas as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Valid DEA license or the ability to secure one before starting the role.
- Experience managing a Medicare-aged patient demographic is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Familiarity with managed care environments.
